Disruptive Technology means technology or innovations that can affect the everyday life of different parts of society. For example, technology such as e-commerce has completely changed the way companies operate.

On the other hand, emerging technology means technology that is an extension/continuing development of the currently existing technology such as media, education, and business.

I chose VR as a disruptive technology is because even before its fully developed it has a big effect on several industries. I believe that it’ll further make an impact on these industries when it continues to develop further. One of my dreams is to play a game which allows us to use our whole body as if we are inside that game, that’s why VR technology interests me more.
